More time for guests: ElevateOne launches AI support for hotels and restaurants

Göppingen, October 13, 2026 - Looking after guests, organising staff and developing the business at the same time: in smaller hotels and restaurants, many tasks fall to the management team. Following a closed testing phase, ElevateOne.ai is launching in the German-speaking market. The AI platform is designed to help smaller businesses identify opportunities for improvement, plan actions and handle recurring tasks.

ElevateOne analyses publicly available information about online presence, customer feedback and competitors. When business systems are connected, the platform also incorporates operational metrics. These insights lead to prioritised suggestions for improvement.

The digital Business Coach helps management turn these suggestions into specific actions. Businesses can add their own goals and adapt recommendations. Competitor Tracking identifies relevant businesses and regularly checks their websites for changes. Specialised AI agents also support recurring tasks, for example in Google review management. The aim is to make business development a continuous process.

For its launch, ElevateOne.ai is offering ElevateScore, a free AI-based business check. Using publicly available business information and details provided by the business, it assesses areas including digital visibility, customer perception and market positioning. Businesses receive an individual score, a comparison based on available information about other businesses and initial prioritised improvement suggestions. No system integration is needed to get started.
